The Rayed Blue (Candalides heathi) is a butterfly found in Australia, in the family Lycaenidae, the blues, coppers and hairstreaks. This site lists 3 subspecies: Candalides heathi alpina, Candalides heathi doddi and Candalides heathi heathi. Its caterpillars are known to feed on 11 plants, including Plantago lanceolata, Derwentia derwentiana and Derwentia perfoliata.
